LEAP 2026 · 31 AUG – 3 SEP · RIYADH

Before the point of no return

EraCoda builds systems that enter live production: they inspect, mark, reject, control, or warn. Four hands-on stations, and 130+ systems already running.

Chapter 01 — Positioning

Not a capability gap — a visibility gap

EraCoda is an applied AI company based in Riyadh. A new name in the Saudi market, with ten years behind it and 130+ systems live today across plants, banks, retail and education.

At LEAP we put three of them in front of you. You use them. The output is not a report on a screen — it is an action on the line.

Chapter 02 — Exhibits

Three sectors — each with a live demo

01 / CODA

Coda — a voice agent in Saudi dialect

It replaces calls, bookings and queries with one natural conversation. Hosted in Saudi Arabia. License the agent, STT or TTS on their own. At the booth: run The Challenge on your own voice — Coda vs Google and Gemini.

#1 Arabic TTS Arena · Overall · Gulf · MSA · Levantine · Aug 2026
02 / UDEAL

Udeal — a voice shopping assistant on your store

A drop-in widget on your existing store. It listens in Saudi dialect, searches the live catalogue, shortlists about three options, then acts. No price is spoken unless it came from source. Leave your number — your phone rings while you stand there.

03 / MODRS

Modrs — it never gives the answer; it leads to it

A voice-first tutor bound to the Saudi MoE curriculum at chapter level. Socratic method: guiding questions until the learner reaches the answer. A topic is mastered only after three different question types are answered correctly.

Chapter 03 — Industrial Vision

Not a camera dashboard — a family of production systems

Five applications, each built for a specific machine and material. One principle: the check sits at the last recoverable moment, and the finding becomes an action.

01

Bead Quality Inspection

Nine quality points on every steel ring before it is sealed inside the tyre. Early faults stop the build; late faults flag repair. Inspection runs inside existing motion.

INSPECT
02

Cushion Defect Marking

Waits until it has seen the fault three times, then marks the material so the short section is cut out before a tyre is built around it.

MARK
03

Collision Prevention

Predicts a vehicle's path. The warning is a two-metre red circle on the aisle floor — it reaches around the corner even though the line of sight does not.

WARN
04

Packaging Inspection

Verifies the printed code is the right one — not merely that printing exists — and pushes the bad pack off the line before wrapping.

REJECT
05

Feed Control

Ten readings across the width are classed green / amber / red — and those bands control feeder speed directly.

CONTROL

It acts, it does not just report

Control, a mark on the material, automatic rejection, or a warning on the floor. The system does not end at a report.

The last recoverable moment

Past the fabric wrap, the tyre build, the wrapper or the junction, the cost jumps. Where the check sits is part of the product.

It shows the basis of its decision

Live camera views with the decision marked on the image. A blinded camera does not pass as an all-clear.

Chapter 04 — Floor

What you do with your hands

STATION 01

Inspection line

Scratch the pack yourself, put it on the belt — the system catches it before you lift your hand.

STATION 02

Udeal phone

Pick up the handset and the agent answers — or leave your number and your own phone rings.

STATION 03

Coda screen

Speak your dialect and run The Challenge: your transcription and reply against global engines, on your own voice.

STATION 04

Modrs screen

Ask a question — it asks you three first, then teaches you.

Chapter 05 — Proof

It works outside the hall

Short anonymized cases. Figures retained; names pending disclosure approval.

MANUFACTURING

Bead inspection and cushion marking on a tyre line

Nine quality points before sealing, and a mark on the material before the build. Global tyre manufacturer.

Multinational cement producer.

Plant in Egypt · property measurable only after 28 days
FINANCIAL SERVICES

Document automation & support agents

Financial services group.

Gulf · multi-branch operations
EDUCATION

Arabic tutor bounded by approved curriculum

Technical training platform.

20,000+ learners · 18,000 sessions

Chapter 06 — The offer

Proof in six weeks

What stops most AI projects is not price — it's that nobody knows how long it will take or how success will be measured. Written scope · an agreed numeric success criterion · thirty-day validity after the show.

IF YES

We continue — the fee counts toward the full project.

IF NO

You stop — and you own what we built. The model trained on your data is yours.

  • W1Scoping session documented in writing · one use case, one numeric success criterion
  • W2–3Data preparation and model build on a sample from your environment
  • W4–5Pilot integration with one of your systems · tested on live data
  • W6Results report against the criterion · a scale-or-stop decision
Request the proof offer

Not included: hardware purchase · third-party licences · integration with more than one system.
