Chapter 01 — Positioning
EraCoda is an applied AI company based in Riyadh. A new name in the Saudi market, with ten years behind it and 130+ systems live today across plants, banks, retail and education.
At LEAP we put three of them in front of you. You use them. The output is not a report on a screen — it is an action on the line.
Chapter 02 — Exhibits
It replaces calls, bookings and queries with one natural conversation. Hosted in Saudi Arabia. License the agent, STT or TTS on their own. At the booth: run The Challenge on your own voice — Coda vs Google and Gemini.

A voice-first tutor bound to the Saudi MoE curriculum at chapter level. Socratic method: guiding questions until the learner reaches the answer. A topic is mastered only after three different question types are answered correctly.
Chapter 03 — Industrial Vision
Five applications, each built for a specific machine and material. One principle: the check sits at the last recoverable moment, and the finding becomes an action.
Nine quality points on every steel ring before it is sealed inside the tyre. Early faults stop the build; late faults flag repair. Inspection runs inside existing motion.
INSPECTWaits until it has seen the fault three times, then marks the material so the short section is cut out before a tyre is built around it.
MARKPredicts a vehicle's path. The warning is a two-metre red circle on the aisle floor — it reaches around the corner even though the line of sight does not.
WARNVerifies the printed code is the right one — not merely that printing exists — and pushes the bad pack off the line before wrapping.
REJECTTen readings across the width are classed green / amber / red — and those bands control feeder speed directly.
CONTROLControl, a mark on the material, automatic rejection, or a warning on the floor. The system does not end at a report.
Past the fabric wrap, the tyre build, the wrapper or the junction, the cost jumps. Where the check sits is part of the product.
Live camera views with the decision marked on the image. A blinded camera does not pass as an all-clear.
Chapter 04 — Floor
Scratch the pack yourself, put it on the belt — the system catches it before you lift your hand.
Pick up the handset and the agent answers — or leave your number and your own phone rings.
Speak your dialect and run The Challenge: your transcription and reply against global engines, on your own voice.
Ask a question — it asks you three first, then teaches you.
